Preference or personalization cookies: These are those that allow information to be remembered so that the user accesses the service with certain characteristics that can differentiate their experience from that of other users, such as, for example, the language, the number of results to show when the user performs a search, the appearance or content of the service depending on the type of browser through which the user accesses the service or the region from which they access the service, etc.
Analysis or measurement cookies: These are those that allow the person responsible for them to monitor and analyze the behavior of users of the websites to which they are linked, including the quantification of ad impacts. The information collected through this type of cookies is used to measure the activity of websites, applications, or platforms, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of usage data made by users of the service.

3. What cookies do we use at ElenPay?
Below is a table showing the cookies used on this website, incorporating an "intrusiveness level" criterion based on a scale of 1 to 3, in which:
- Level 1: corresponds to cookies strictly necessary for the provision of the service requested by the user.
- Level 2: corresponds to performance cookies (anonymous) necessary for content maintenance and navigation, for which it is only necessary to inform about their existence.
- Level 3: corresponds to cookies managed by third parties that allow user tracking through websites that CLOVR LABS, S.L. does not own. They normally correspond to advertising or analytical cookies where the user is identified in a unique and evident manner.

4. Who uses the information collected by cookies?
The information collected by cookies on this website is used by CLOVR LABS, S.L. (hereinafter, "ElenPay") for the analysis of website activity, with the purpose of introducing improvements in the services we offer.
In the case of third-party cookies (such as those from Google Analytics or Intercom), each of these third parties manages the information collected in accordance with their own privacy policies, over which ElenPay has no control.
ElenPay commits to informing the user about the existence of these third-party cookies and to providing links to the privacy policies of said entities, so that the user can learn how they use the information and, if applicable, exercise their rights before said entities.

6. Cookies exempt from consent
In accordance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), cookies that are exempt from compliance with the obligations established in said article (request for informed consent), are only those that allow communication between the user's device and the network, and those that provide a service expressly requested by the user.
These cookies, known as "technical cookies" or "strictly necessary", do not require prior consent for their installation, as they are essential for navigation on the website.
In the case of ElenPay, the "cookieConsent" cookie is considered technical and, therefore, is exempt from the obligation to request consent, as it is necessary to store the user's preferences regarding the use of cookies on the website.
7. Retention of data collected by cookies
The retention period of data obtained through cookies depends on the type of cookie in question:
- Session cookies: the data is kept only during the user's browsing session and is automatically deleted when the user closes the browser.

9. Acceptance, configuration, and revocation of consent
